怎麼做黃飛紅麻辣花生?好吃得停也停不下來

這種麻辣花生川渝地區愛叫它酒鬼花生。的的確確是下酒的好物呀。這麼炎熱的夏天,開一瓶透心涼的冰啤,在客廳邊看電視邊擼狗,然後一口花生一口啤酒,嘖嘖,爽。

一直都很喜愛黃飛紅麻辣花生,不過內心覺得價格有那麼一點點小貴,既如此,何不自己動手做做看呢。

用料: 菜籽油、花生(去皮)、干辣椒、乾花椒、五香粉、胡椒粉、辣椒粉、糖、鹽

做法:

1、如果是帶皮花生,可以浸泡一夜去皮瀝干;

2、將花生冷凍幾小時,然後放入足量菜籽油的鍋內,需要能夠覆蓋掉花生;

3、中火加熱,直到花生開始發出嘶啞的聲音,並開始漂浮起來,撈出瀝油;

4、另起一鍋,加一點油,放入乾花椒、干辣椒,小火炒出香味來;

5、放入花生一起炒,然後加入五香粉、糖、鹽、辣椒粉抄拌均勻;

6、炒到混合均勻切顏色合適即可關火盛出,放冷之後裝入密封罐內,存放1天之後品嘗味道會更好。
