    材料：綜合熱咖啡（或藍山咖啡）1杯、方糖適量、白蘭地1/3 OZ。

    製作：咖啡7-8分滿， 在杯口橫置一支專用的皇家咖啡鉤匙，上放方糖， 並淋上白蘭地1/3 OZ，點火即可。 據說這是一代英雄、法國皇帝拿破侖最喜歡的咖啡，故以「ROYAL」為名，上桌時在方糖上淋下白蘭地，再點上一朵火苗，華麗幽雅，酒香四溢，確有皇家風範。

    特色：具有高貴而浪漫的情調，白蘭地醇醇的酒香四溢，十分迷人。 適合飲用時間：夜晚
