苦瓜不苦的4個小妙招

苦瓜中含有豐富的維生素B、C、鈣、鐵等,李時珍說苦瓜具有“除邪熱、解勞乏、清心明目、益氣壯陽”之功效。據研究發現,它還具有明顯的隱血糖作用,對糖尿病有一定療效。它還有一定的抗病毒能力和防癌的功效。另外,苦瓜對減肥也有很好的效果。炎熱的夏季正是吃苦瓜的好季節,其可謂是祛暑的最佳食材。

常用的讓苦瓜不苦的四種好辦法:

1、大火爆炒。利用大火猛炒讓苦瓜中的汁水迅速散發,減少苦味。

2、用鹽刹水。刹出苦瓜的汁水,並擠干后再烹炒,也是有效解決苦味的好辦法。

3、冰鎮除苦。將苦瓜切片后放入冰水中浸泡一段時間再拿出來,吃的時候可以配合冰塊上桌,如吃魚刺身一樣,別有一番風味。

4、高溫去苦。將苦瓜切片后用開水汆燙一下再烹炒,也能降低苦味。
