各種水餃包法

一般水餃

蛤蠣餃

取餃皮一張於掌心,放入適量餡,將餃皮對折並將兩側往裏折,將對折的邊捏牢,並將兩邊折起來的口捏牢,右手拇指安捏住右頂端角,將之捏薄,將變薄的頂端往下按,連續向下按捏形成絞邊紋直至左端 一個蛤蜊形水餃出現了。

波波餃

取餃皮一張於掌心,放入適量餡將餃皮對折封口成半圓形,食指稍過拇指前捏,住餃邊食指微微將餃皮往前推出褶折,重複褶折直推至右端頂處放手,這樣一隻波波餃就完成了。
