(中式)蜜汁烤雞腿

蜜汁烤雞腿的做法:
1. 將雞腿的表面各劃3刀後備用。
2. 將所有醃醬材料一起混合均勻後,將作法1的雞腿放進醬汁中醃2個小時,其間不斷地翻動雞腿並使其入味。

3. 將馬鈴薯洗淨削皮後,切成條狀再油炸熟為炸薯條。

4. 以200℃預熱烤箱5分鍾後,將雞腿放入並烘烤20分鍾後,調高溫度至230℃再烤5~8分鍾即可。

5. 將作法5烤好的雞腿裝盤後擠上檸檬汁,再放上薯條及蕃茄醬即可食用。

主料:雞腿 3 隻 馬鈴薯 1 個 檸檬片 1 片 蕃茄醬 適量 蜂蜜 4 大匙 醬油 1 小匙 乾迷迭香 1 小匙 第戎芥末醬 2 小匙 綠胡椒籽芥末醬 2 小匙
