飯煮不夠熟時的補救法

可在飯上面用筷子插出幾個小洞,滴幾滴日本清酒,再蒸一下。

不久,飯粒就會熟透,變得更香軟好吃。日本清酒也可用來消除飯熱過後常會有的異味。
