    判緩刑會不會留下前科紀錄呢？

    ???１. 被判緩刑，在司法及警察單位查詢紀錄時，還是會記載，只不過會加註緩刑，而緩刑期間是以判決確定開始算。

    ２. 而案件是不公開的，一般人是查不到的，前科紀錄也查不到，只有警政知道。

    ３. 如果緩刑期間再犯有期徒刑以上之罪，是要撤銷緩刑而去服刑的，民事案件則跟此無關係。
