重量訓練運動千萬不可以天天練,每次練到累以後,一定要休息至少兩天。

因為做重量訓練後,如果用顯微鏡進入身體觀察,會發現肌肉組織其實都撕傷了。

休息期間這些受傷的組織會自己修復並強化,也就是除了原來的組織復原之外,還會長出更多新組織,所以才會更強壯緊實。如果不讓肌肉休息兩天以上,就急著繼續做,還沒完全復原的組織再度被撕裂,有如傷口結痂卻一直被剝掉,最後一定會形成疤痕。

有疤痕的肌肉組織不但會很弱,也會長不出新組織。所以太熱心運動不想休息的話,反而是開倒車不會有成果哩!
