    ???話說，有一個人有三顆睪丸，但是他從來沒對別人說過這件事，直到有一天，他決定採用一個較委婉的方式來告訴別人真相，於是，他在接上隨便找一個路人跟他說：「告訴你，我跟你的睪丸加起來有五顆！」那路人果然非常驚訝，並回答他：

    「什麼！？你只有一顆睪丸！？」
