(小吃)蚵仔煎

(小吃)蚵仔煎

制作原料:
  牡蠣150公克,小白菜150公克,蛋4個,蔥花2/3杯,調味料:(1)地瓜粉1杯、太白粉2/3杯、白胡椒粉2小匙、鹽1/3大匙、糖2大匙、水2.5杯;(2)甜辣醬1-2杯。

  制作方法:
  1.將牡蠣洗淨瀝干,小白菜洗淨切段備用;
  2.將調味料(1)拌勻至粉類溶解後,加入蔥花調勻即為粉漿;
  3.將平底鍋預熱加入適量色拉油,先放入2大匙牡蠣略煎,再淋入1大湯勺的粉漿煎1分鐘;
  4.等粉漿即將熟透時,在粉漿上打1個蛋,並將蛋液用筷子略為攪拌,再放上少許小白菜;
  5.將其翻面成蛋液朝下,煎熟後盛起放入盤中,淋上甜辣醬,蚵仔煎即成。[吃地帶]
