      洋芋南瓜湯

      【材  料】
      橄欖油 45 公克
      香葉 3 片
      蒜頭 35 公克
      洋芋 300 公克
      南瓜 200 公克
      鮮奶油 適量

      【調 味 料】
      原味高湯 3 罐
      鮮雞晶 1/2 小匙
      黑胡椒 5 公克
      糖 25 公克
      水 500 cc

      【做  法】
      1.南瓜去皮去籽切塊;洋芋去皮切塊,備用。
      2.熱鍋,倒入適量的橄欖油,放入香葉、蒜頭炒香。
      3.於作法2鍋中加入所有調味料及作法1的洋芋、南瓜塊煮至鬆軟。
      4.再將作法3攪拌成泥狀,以鮮奶油點綴即可。
