蛤蠣如何保存

你知道蛤蠣該如何存放才能保持鮮美嗎?

取一碗鹽水(份量以能蓋過蛤蠣為準),將蛤蠣置於其中使其吐沙後,再置於保鮮室中,注意經常更換鹽水且不要冰過頭,用這種方式約可保存貝類3天左右。

另外,烹調時加入薑絲,即可去除腥味喔!
