XO醬滑蛋蝦仁

(炒)
材料
蝦肉 150 克 [5 安士/4 兩] [去腸及抹乾],蛋 5 隻 [打勻],蔥粒 2 湯匙

調味料
XO醬 3 湯匙,鹽 1/2 茶匙

做法1.  蝦仁放入沸水中煮熟,瀝乾。
2.  蛋汁放入蔥粒及調味料,打勻。
3.  燒暖2湯匙油,下蝦仁及蛋汁,快手炒至剛熟。
