使綠色蔬菜青翠的小方法

青色蔬菜及黃瓜、碗豆、毛豆等,很容易煮好後沒多久就變黃了,其實你可以:
  1. 先在滾水加入一小茶匙的鹽,再把青菜放入鍋中,過一下熱水後就撈起,這樣煮出的青菜就可常保鮮綠了!
  2. 蔬菜一煮好,立刻用冰水過一下,如此可以讓蔬菜更青翠爽口。
