飲用過多酒精(乙醇)可能會導致肝臟無法正常進行新陳代謝,脂肪無法被代謝的話則有機會造成脂肪肝疾病以及其他肝臟疾病,例如酒精性肝炎。

含糖食品不宜多食,過多的糖分會在體内轉化爲脂肪,導致肝臟中的脂肪積纍量增多,最終形成脂肪肝。

炸物是高脂食品的一種,在快餐文化之下,炸鷄、薯條等高脂食物變得非常普遍,攝取過量的話,難以分解的脂肪容易在肝臟堆積,形成脂肪肝。

市面上有不少護肝產品或護肝保健品,例如護肝片,幫助大家改善肝臟狀況,但大家仍然要注意不要過量進食傷肝食品,多吃護肝的食物,比如紅菜頭、核桃等等。
