      湯太鹹了,怎麼辦?

      煮湯時如果不小心加了太多鹽,那湯的微妙口感就被破壞掉了。

      這時補救的方法是,加入馬鈴薯塊在煮個幾分鐘。因為馬鈴薯會吸收鹽分,要上桌時再把馬鈴薯撈掉,就可以解決湯太鹹的狀況。
