      蛤蠣如何保存

      你知道蛤蠣該如何存放才能保持鮮美嗎?

      取一碗鹽水（份量以能蓋過蛤蠣為準），將蛤蠣置於其中使其吐沙後，再置於保鮮室中，注意經常更換鹽水且不要冰過頭，用這種方式約可保存貝類3天左右。

      另外，烹調時加入薑絲，即可去除腥味喔！
