五色豆炒蛋

【材料名稱及份量】
1.五色豆一碗
(紅蘿蔔、馬鈴薯、青豆仁、四季豆、玉米<賣場有賣那種一包裡面什麼都有的便利包,也可以自己買整條的回來切>
2.蛋兩顆
3.櫻花蝦三分之一碗<可換成蝦仁、絞肉>

【調味料、醬汁等名稱及份量】
1.蠔油一大匙
2.薄鹽醬油一小匙
3.鰹魚粉一小匙<可加可不加>
4.鹽少許
5.米酒少許
6.黑胡椒粒少許

【烹調流程】
步驟一:先準備材料
步驟二:把蛋先打在碗裡,然後再放入鍋中炒至三分熟起鍋
步驟三:再放入櫻花蝦炒到香
步驟四:再放入五色豆拌炒
步驟五:加入半碗水、蠔油一大匙、薄鹽醬油一小匙、鹽少許、鰹魚粉一題、米酒少許、黑胡椒粒少許
步驟六:蓋上鍋蓋,轉至中火,鍋邊冒煙,加入三分熟的蛋,再拌炒一下,便可起鍋
