(甜食)朱古力曲奇

材料:
1. 牛油125g
2. 白砂糖100g
3. 黃糖50g
4. 自發粉150g
5. 麵粉75g
6. 雞蛋一隻
7. 朱古力粒100g
8. 無鹽果仁100g
作法:
1. 牛油切成小丁粒,放置於室溫約一小時.
2. 把兩種糖混合在大碗中,再加入牛油打勻至軟滑. 加入雞蛋拌勻成忌廉狀.
3. 篩入自發粉及麵粉拌勻成軟滑麵團.
4. 下朱古力粒及無鹽果仁拌勻.
5. 用食物袋或保鮮紙盛起麵團,放入冰箱冷凍一小時.
6. 焗爐預熱160℃,取出麵團分成20份,用手把麵團搓揉成圓形再壓成扁平.放在鋪上牛油紙的 焗盤上.放入焗爐烤約15~20分鍾即成.

注意事項:
1. 用電動打蛋器打牛油效果較佳,若用手打時間較長並要完全打溶糖份.
2. 調好的麵團可分成兩至三袋,放置入冰箱的冰格內冷藏.每次取出一袋解凍烤焗.可供日後慢 慢享用,極為方便.
