白醬洋菇蒜味義大利麵

材料:
  1. 蒜頭 3 顆
  2. 辣椒 1 枝
  3. 秀珍菇 6 個
  4. 羅勒 8 片
  5. 鮮奶油半杯
  6. 牛奶半杯
  7. 橄欖油適量
  8. 義大利細麵一把
  9. 鹽巴適量

做法:

  1. 蒜頭去皮,切成末,羅勒切成絲。
  2. 辣椒取出辣椒子丟棄,並將辣椒皮切成絲。
  3. 秀珍菇切成小塊狀。
  4. 水煮義大利麵,加一匙鹽巴,煮至適當的硬度(依個人喜好而定),撈起放置於盤中,淋上橄欖油,用筷子攪拌麵條,盡量讓麵條與橄欖油混合。
  5. 平底鍋內加兩大匙橄欖油,再依次加入蒜末,辣椒絲爆香,再加入羅勒,最後加入秀珍菇,加起些鹽巴(炒自金黃色即可,切忌燒焦,燒焦會有苦味)
  6. 倒入鮮奶油半杯,鮮奶半杯。
  7. 將煮熟的義大利細麵加入拌勻。
  8. 起鍋後加入乳酪粉稍微拌一下,再灑上洋香菜。
  9. 最後用羅勒裝飾,即可。
