Q老師教你出門騎車預防熱傷害

最近氣象又發佈高溫警報!預計接下來這週溫度都會超過35度,因此愛運動的美女營養師"Q老師張佩蓉",要提醒大家外出工作.旅遊或是運動,一定要小心熱傷害!

***預防熱傷害的三要訣***
1.保持涼爽→撐傘.躲在陰涼處.灑水降溫等
2.補充水分→少量頻繁補充,建議每小時攝取250~500ml的水份
3.提高警覺→是否有症狀

*假如發現疑似熱傷害徵兆:
→ 體溫升高、皮膚乾熱變紅、心跳加速,嚴重者會出現無法流汗、頭痛、頭暈、噁心、嘔吐,甚至神智混亂、抽筋、昏迷等

*處置方式:
1.迅速離開高溫的環境
2.設法降低體溫
3.提供加少許鹽的冷開水或稀釋的電解質飲料

4.若嚴重者請以最快的速度就醫。
