    ①雙腿分開站立腳尖向外,雙手放在胸前
    ②挺直背肌,一邊吐氣一邊慢慢彎曲膝蓋
    ③膝蓋保持彎曲,然後慢慢將臀部向下及向後移,儘量將大腿彎曲至與地面平行
    ④一邊吐氣一邊慢慢站起,需特別注意不要一下子就將膝蓋伸直。

    每天做3次,每次做10下!!!
