(甜食)雞蛋豆花

[ 材 料 ]
雞蛋布丁粉  60公克
水  350㏄ 

  [ 做 法 ]
1.取一鍋,加入300~350㏄的水煮滾,再倒入雞蛋布丁粉,並用打蛋器快速攪拌均勻
   至無顆粒,拌煮約1分鐘後熄火。
2.將作法1倒入開口較大之容器中,靜置勿移動,待凝固定型備用。
3.待作法2的布丁豆花略涼後,可移入冰箱冷藏,以加速凝結,凝結後即為雞蛋布丁豆花。 

  [ 備 註 ]
1. 凝固時可冰箱冷藏,也可直接置於室溫凝固,只是時間會稍久些。
2. 布丁粉為廠商調配好的配方,依每家廠商不同略有差異,實際情形可依包裝說明調整製作。
3. 除了用布丁粉製作較簡單外,也可以用清漿100﹪與吉利丁2~3﹪的比例製作,
     同樣可做出布丁豆花。
