讓豆腐不易變碎

軟綿綿的豆腐在烹調過程中非常容易破碎,?

如果想要豆腐保持完整,可以在煮之前先浸泡在鹽水中,大約30分鐘左右,泡過鹽水的豆腐下鍋之後就不容易破碎囉!
