海鮮醬炒魚柳

(炒)
材料
魚柳 350 克 [12 安士/9.5 兩] [切塊],番茄 50 克 [2 安士/1.5 兩] [切片],青瓜 50 克 [2 安士/1.5 兩] [切片]

醃料
海鮮醬 2 湯匙
蠔油 1 湯匙

芡汁
蒜蓉 1 茶匙
海鮮醬 2 湯匙
蠔油 1/2 湯匙

做法1.  魚肉用醃料醃15分鐘。2.  燒熱2湯匙油,下魚柳炒至金黃熟透。3.  加入番茄、青瓜及芡汁,炒勻至熱透。
