如何改善牛肉乾硬的狀況

牛肉又乾又硬該怎麼辦:
  1. 牛肉浸泡在醋或酒中,用保鮮膜包住冷藏,可以讓牛肉變軟。
  2. 蓋鳳梨或奇異果切片,用保鮮膜包住1小時,牛肉就會變軟。
  3. 於烹煮前先拍打破壞組織,可減輕韌度。
  4. 肉上塗抹沙拉油及水,再用保鮮膜包住冷藏。
  5. 牛肉在下鍋前先沾少許蘇打粉,可以讓肉質變軟。
